What are state and federal incentives (tax, grant, loan, rebate, etc) / disincentives (regulations, laws, etc.) impacting your renewable energy technology?

Are there federal, state?
Are there land-use restrictions?
Are there special interest groups?
Need same number of questions for each team Can we make some of these questions more specific by making them compound questions?
Your team must submit your detailed answers to the CEO. If they are satisfactory, your team will get the nod to proceed.
Your team will meet to design the presentation to the BPU.
Remember:
- Your team will have about 5 minutes of the 30 allotted for your consulting company.
- Your presentation should address h ow your company’s conversion technology provides useful, renewable energy using the information from the questions you answered.
- Your presentation will be made to the PBU and representatives supporting other technologies – you need to stress why your approach is the best.
- A question and answer session will follow the presentations.
