Process

The CEO of your environmental consulting firm divides the staff into five "expert" teams.

	Field Investigation Team
	Laboratory Investigation Team
	Community/Risk Investigation Team
	Economic Investigation Team
	Solutions/Technology Investigation Team

You will either choose or be assigned to a team. Each team will be responsible for:

A. Preparing written answers to the guiding questions;

B. Presenting the three minute argument in the debate;

C. Presenting the two minute rebuttal in the debate.

The "expert" teams will choose a coordinator (who can assume the role of Paul C. Byers or not). The primary responsibility of the coordinator will be to deliver the five - minute summation AGAINST "targeted dredging" of PCB-contaminated pockets in the Ramford River after the experts have presented their arguments.
