The CEO of your environmental consulting firm divides the staff into five Expert Teams. 

1. Field Investigation Team

2. Laboratory Investigation Team

3. Community/Risk Investigation Team

4. Economic Investigation Team

5. Solutions/Technology Investigation Team

   You will choose or be assigned to a team.  Each team will be responsible for:

• Preparing written answers to the guiding questions;

• Presenting the three minute argument in the debate;

• Presenting the two minute rebuttal in the debate.

  All the expert teams will choose a coordinator.  The primary responsibility of the coordinator will be to deliver the five minute summation AGAINST “the closing of downtown Ramford to vehicular traffic” after the experts have all presented their arguments.
