Incumbent State Congressman Paul C. Byers, representing Ramford County, has just returned from a press conference where he announced that he fully supports the International Energy Corporation’s position to oppose the plan to dredge sections of the Ramford River to remove sediments contaminated with PCB’s (polychlorinated biphenyls) released from IE’s plants over a 30 year period ending in 1975.
