www.crossroads.nsc.org/chemicals.cfm Description and background of PCB’s- has its chemical properties and its trade names/numbers. Includes a small portion of regulations/economy. To access PCB's, select Polychlorinated Biphenyls from the list of chemicals.

http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/tfacts17.html Site includes FAQ’s about PCB’s, and an accessible overview. Has a number to call for more information.
