We understand many students carry a cell phone for a variety of reasons.  We ask that students put their phones on vibrate and refrain from using them during the program.  There will be opportunities to take pictures and check in with parents, but the hands-on nature of our programs work best when we have everyone’s attention.  Additionally, many people have signal issues and there is no public access to wi-fi.

If parents want to check in with their child, lunch break occurs between 11:30 and 12:00.

Upon arrival, students will store their lunch and personal items in bins outside their classroom.  We strongly encourage students to refrain from bringing electronic devices (e.g. earbuds, airpods, laptops, gaming devices, etc) unless being used as an academic accommodation approved by the school.  The nature of our field trip programs has students in multiple locations on site including in the field near water.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.  In the event that an item is left at the Center, we will contact the lead teacher from the field trip.  If calling to inquire about a lost/left behind item, please know the date of your trip,
