Part II is completed as a group.
Once everyone has completed Part I, your President / CEO will give you the “go ahead” to begin work on Part II – your final piece in which you will work with your company team members to complete.
- Your manager will call a company meeting to discuss your answers to the questions about the incident you studied
- You all will work on the answers to the following questions
- The risks of exposure to lead for humans and other animals and how to communicate them and educate the public.
- Strategies for clean-up and reduction of exposure to lead at the incident site.
Use the Ramford University Library to answer these questions.
- Your manager will compile your answers and e-mail them to the President and CEO
- You all will prepare a 5-10 minute presentation for the other companies explaining the incident your company studied including:
- The connection of observations of the incident to exposure to lead.
- The human/animal activities and environmental conditions connecting exposure to lead to the observed symptoms.
- An analysis of the geographic information supporting the exposure.
- An analysis of the available data (soil, blood, dust, water, sediment etc.) supporting the exposure.
- A summary of your conclusions about the probable causes.
- The risks of exposure to lead for humans and other animals and how to communicate them and educate the public.
- Strategies for clean-up and reduction of exposure to lead at the incident cite.
