The discussion around the table rapidly becomes very “spirited” with charges and counter charges made by Ms. Perdont and Mr. Moss. Commissioner Now (DOH) and Commissioner Niche (DEP), express surprise at hearing this proposal for the first time at this meeting. Commissioner Sprae-Culex, Commissioner Roma, Major (Dr.) Reed, and Dr. Hon attempt to bring the meeting back to order by suggesting that the SRRV Task Force study the proposal. However, the discussion continues to degenerate and Ms. Perdont and Ms. Wou Ping-Crane walk out of the meeting.
