The rescheduling of a field trip is subject to availability as our calendar for the year is typically booked to capacity by November. A $100 rescheduling fee may be required for requests made the morning of a trip.
In the case of uncertainty due to the possibility of inclement weather, please contact us prior to the morning of your trip so a contingency plan can be discussed.

Many of our educators live outside the local Meadowlands districts; therefore, any last minute notice of a change to your trip is greatly appreciated.
