Register for a School Visit
All school program registrations are taken via this website only! We will not be taking registrations by phone.
In support of our effort to go paperless, you will not receive a confirmation letter in the mail. The ONLY confirmation you will receive will be an electronic confirmation letter generated at the end of the registration process. Please, for your records, save this copy before proceeding to register for another date.
Trips are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Before logging on, please have the following information with you:
- Your program date
- An alternate date
- Grade level
- Number of students*
- Number of classes
- School name
- School phone number
- Registering teacher’s name
- Contact phone and fax numbers
- Contact email
- Address to send confirmation to
- Program choice
*Class size is limited to 27 students. If you register with more than 27 students, your class will be split automatically.
