Cancellation Policy

NOTE: We ask to be notified of a cancellation as soon as possible by calling or texting Michele Daly at 201-390-5583 so our educators can be advised promptly of the change to their schedule.

If you cancel after 30 days from the check date, you will be credited for a field trip next academic year if unable to find a date to reschedule this year.  If you have any questions, please call 201-460-4623.

Cancellations must be made in writing within 10 working days prior to your trip date via fax to 201-842-0630 or by emailing school@ramapo.edu.  No cancellations will be taken over the phone.

If a cancellation is received within 10 working days prior to your visit, a refund will not be issued except in the case of a state of emergency.
